Simon Le Brocq is Head of Transformation & Change at BDO Jersey, bringing over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. He specialises in leading strategic transformation initiatives across banking, investment, fund administration and fiduciary sectors.

A notable example of Simon’s leadership was his role as Delivery Director for a major digital onboarding project, where he oversaw the integration of a customer-centric onboarding module, a Microsoft Dynamics 365 orchestration layer, and comprehensive business change management. This project delivered a fully digital, seamless onboarding experience.
