He specialises in cloud and AI transformation, helping businesses leverage cutting-edge technology to drive innovation, enhance client experiences, and achieve measurable results.
Gez holds a BA in Economics from the University of Leeds and an MBA from the University of Southampton. Throughout his career, he has delivered significant impact across a range of organisations, including Barclays, Infrasoft Technologies, and JT Group Limited. His expertise spans digital strategy implementation, business intelligence, and robotic process automation.
At Barclays, Gez led the Small Business and Eagle Labs digital agenda across the Channel Islands, playing a key role in transitioning the Barclays App from pilot to business-as-usual. His project management experience also includes delivering wide area network upgrades for local government supported by managed services.
In addition to his professional achievements, Gez actively contributes to the community by mentoring startup founders and leading initiatives such as the Young Enterprise programme in Guernsey.
