Chris Ash is Managing Director of C5 Alliance in Guernsey, bringing over 20 years of experience in product and project management across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, government, utilities, retail, and travel.

He leads our Guernsey team with a focus on business development, operational excellence, and strategic growth, working closely with businesses we support to deliver lasting, technology-led transformation.

Throughout his career, Chris has worked as a business analyst, project manager, and change manager, delivering complex transformation projects both locally and internationally, including in the UK, Jersey, Guernsey, and Costa Rica.

Chris holds a range of industry-recognised certifications, including:
